Symptomatic chronic heart failure
What is heart failure?
Heart failure occurs when the heart is weak and cannot pump enough blood to the lungs and the rest of the body. This can lead to serious medical problems and need for hospital care. The most common symptoms of heart failure are feeling breathless, feeling tired or very tired all the time, and ankle swelling.
